IFMA Asia Pacific Awards of Excellence 2022-23

Savills Guardian Group’s property and facility management teams have achieved multiple awards at the Asia Pacific Awards of Excellence 2022-23 organised by The Hong Kong Chapter of the International Facility Management Association. The Group’s West Kowloon Cultural District - Art Park management team has received Certificate of Merit in Facility Management Operations, which recognises their continuous efforts in strengthening property and facility management services and enhancing operational efficiency.

Meanwhile, the Tai Hing Gardens Phase 1 and Hong Sing Garden management teams have both been awarded Certificate of Merit in Environmental Stewardship in recognition of their efforts in minimising carbon footprint in daily operations.
