About the Premises:

• CAIS previously known as Christian Alliance P.C. Lau Memorial International School (CAPCLMIS), the school is a primary and secondary Christian school owned and operated by Kowloon Tong Church of the Chinese Christian and Missionary Alliance (KTAC).
• G.F.A. (sq.ft.): 441,324.
• CAIS is an international school that provides Christian education from preparatory to grade 12 with the curriculum of Alberta Education.
• CAIS is engaged in supporting young people to flourish and grow in a climate of high expectation supported by love, clarity of objective, through excellent spiritual, physical and moral education, as well as an outstanding academic challenge.
• The building construction is by two phases. The phase 2 consisting a theatre and staff quarters etc. is expected to be completed in 2021.

Our Achievements

• As the building users were new to the campus, the management team needed to take extra effort in ensuring effective communication and establishment of efficient cooperation network with the various departments.
• With the strong headquarters support from Guardian, the operation was getting smooth very soon.
