Our Achievements

  • At the time we took over the management in 2018, there was no public transportation accessing to the site.
  • Guardian arranged coaches and catering etc. to site staff to ensure their basic needs were well taken care of.
  • As the building users were new to the service block, the management team needed to take extra effort in ensuring effective communication and establishment of efficient cooperation network with the various departments.
  • With the strong headquarters support from Guardian, the operation was getting smooth very soon.
