SSG Future Leaders Club: Experiential Training Camp

Savills Services Group has always committed to supporting the professional development of our colleagues and nurturing future leaders – this includes the establishment of our Future Leaders Club.

Recently, we organised an experiential training camp for our Future Leaders, where they participated in teamwork challenges such as wall climbing, ship-handling simulation and simulated hostage rescue, honing their communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Many of our Future Leaders demonstrated exceptional performance during the training camp, and we look forward to seeing them continue to unleash their leadership potential in the workplace!
