• Supervision of E&M maintenance and project works relating to building services
• Provide adequate advice to optimize the performance of job assignments
• Maintain existing business partners and explore expansion opportunities in company core business
• Identify opportunities and make development for new business
• Degree holder in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Chartered Engineer and Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers will be an advantage
• At least 5 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Strong leadership, self-motivated, presentable, effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Good interpersonal client network/connection and be able to explore new business opportunities
