Senior Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the General Manager of Business Development and preparing management proposal

• Target Potential clients and keep good relationship with them to expolore business opportunities

• Understand competitiors and identify opportunities for various divisions

• Attend clients' interviews to introduce management proposal

• Lead marketing acitivities for the company

• Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Property / Housing Management / Real Estate / Surveying / Facility Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in property management

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills adaptability, hightly independent and motivated

• • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
