Working Location
Huanggang Port Hong Kong Port Area in New Territories Northern District
Daily Working Hours
• 9 working hours (including 1 hour meal break)
• full time, 2 shift hours basis
Salary
• Hourly rate, negotiable
Responsibilities
• Assist in managing Huanggang Port Hong Kong Port Area in New Territories Northern District
• Responsible for handling customer enquiries, reception duties and other customer service tasks
• Assist in guest facilitation and handle emergency incidents
Requirements
• Minium Form 5 graduate, Degree holder is preferrable
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer service attitude with pleasant and outgoing personality
• Team player, positive working attitude, careful and detail-minded
• Candidates with first-aid and AED certificates are preferable
