Responsibilities 

•The successful appointee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the buildings/estates to ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the owners/tenants, the provisions of the DMC, BMO and other relevant statutory requirements.

Requirements

•Degree holder in Property/ Facility Management or related disciplines is preferred

•5 years working experience in Property/ Facility Management with 2 years managerial experience

•Member of CIHCM / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager or other related professional qualification is preferred

•Holder of PMP (Tier 1 ) Licence

•Responsible, strong interpersonal and leadership skills 

•Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
