• Report to Facilities Manager
• Responsible for leading and supervising the frontline team and to ensure smooth daily operation
• Responsible for customer services duties
• Responsible for all facilities related duties
• Processing Administrative and clerical work
• Handling ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Manager
• F.5 or above with Diploma in Facility / Property Manangement
• 2 years or above experience in facility management
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office
