Officer - Contract Administration

 

Responsibilities:

~ Assist the supervisor to prepare tendering document, business proposal and handle invoices

~ Handle and follow up the insurance, contracts and any supporting documents issues

~ Prepare business report and regular service reports to clients

~ Prepare tender contracts, renewal contract and any related contract issues

~ Coordinate with internal parties to ensure the business contracts are performed properly

~ Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirerments:

~ Higher Diploma or Degree holder in business related disciplines with 1-2 years' relevant experience

~ Proficiency in MS Office, including Chinese Word Processing

~ Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

~ Able to work under pressure and tight schedules

~ Immediate available is an advantage
