Duty Engineer

Requirements:

·         Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering or equivalent

·         At least 8 years of work experience in facilities / property management, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in E&M operation and maintenance works

·         Registered electrical worker license B0 is preferred

·         Good PC knowledge

·         Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

·         Assist Engineer in performing assigned duties

·         Supervise frontline technical team in delivering technical services

·         Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks

·         Allocate work requests and ensure service orders are completed on schedule

·         Arrange first attendance, minor repairs, routine monitoring, and preventive maintenance

·         Conduct routine checks on control equipment and servicing plans

·         Oversee maintenance contractors' performance and ensure timely service delivery

·         Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
